How many profiles can I have under one account?
Each standard Iwelabi subscription allows you to create up to 4 individual child profiles. Each profile maintains its own reading history, bookmarks, and personalized recommendations based on the child's age and interests.
Can I use Iwelabi without an internet connection?
Yes! Our mobile and tablet apps feature an 'Offline Mode'. Simply tap the download icon on any story while connected to Wi-Fi, and it will be available in your 'Downloads' library for reading anytime, anywhere.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the 'Billing' section of your parent dashboard. Once canceled, you'll still have access to the library until the end of your current billing cycle.
Is the content reviewed for age-appropriateness?
Absolutely. Every piece of content on Iwelabi passes through our internal pedagogical review board. Stories are meticulously tagged by age bracket, developmental stage, and thematic content to ensure they are safe and inspiring for young minds.
