Founder, Iwelabi Africa Studio
Adebare Showemimo is a recognized leader in the field of Learning Technology, Curriculum Design, and Instructional Systems, with over 14 years of experience designing, deploying, and managing large-scale digital learning platforms for leading financial institutions, professional training schools, and international organizations.
He holds a degree in Curriculum Education from the University of Lagos, providing a strong academic foundation in teaching methodology, learning theory, and curriculum development. In addition, he has completed multiple professional certifications in instructional design, gamification of learning, and learning technologies across Nigeria, India, and the United States, reflecting sustained investment in global best practices in education and learning innovation.
Adebare has led and managed enterprise LMS implementations and learning ecosystems for major institutions including Diamond Bank Plc, UBA Group, Fidelity Bank Plc, Heirs Holdings, and Rex Insurance, supporting compliance training, leadership development, onboarding, assessment, and professional certification at scale.
His portfolio also includes U.S.-based and international learning systems, including LMS deployment and regulatory training for UBA America, as well as academic and professional eLearning development at the World Maritime University, a United Nations–mandated institution.
Across these engagements, Adebare has delivered a portfolio of high-impact learning platforms and digital products, including enterprise LMS environments, mobile learning applications, gamified learning systems, automated assessment and certification portals, and curriculum-aligned digital content adopted by thousands of learners across Africa and internationally.
